Privacy Policy
Last updated June 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Artisser, Inc. ("Artisser," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you access or use our website, applications, and AI-powered generation services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, billing information, and any preferences or settings you configure within the Service.
We also collect information automatically as you use the Service, including log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps), device identifiers, and usage metrics such as features accessed and time spent. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies; see our Cookie Policy for details.
If you connect a third-party account (for example, signing in with Google), we receive the profile information that service makes available according to your authorization.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to process transactions and send you related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices; and to send you technical notices, security alerts, and administrative messages.
We may use aggregate or de-identified data to analyze usage trends, measure the effectiveness of features, and conduct research aimed at improving our AI models and generation quality. This data is not used to re-identify you individually.
With your consent where required by law, we may send you promotional communications about new features, plans, or offers. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or in your account settings.
3. Generated Content & Prompts
When you submit prompts or inputs to generate images, videos, code, or charts, those inputs are transmitted to our servers and processed by our AI systems. We may retain your prompts and generated outputs to provide the Service, maintain your history, and improve generation quality.
We do not use your private prompts or generated outputs to train our models without your explicit consent. If you opt into contributing to model improvement, the relevant data will be processed in accordance with that program's terms.
Content you mark as public or share via a shareable link may be accessible to others. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you generate does not violate applicable laws or our Terms of Service.
4. Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Service, such as cloud hosting providers, payment processors, analytics vendors, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it for the purposes we specify.
We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law or legal process, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Artisser, our users, or the public, or to enforce our agreements.
If Artisser is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and a prominent notice on the Service before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it longer (for example, for tax or compliance purposes).
Backups and audit logs may be retained for a shorter period as dictated by our infrastructure policies. Generated content stored in your account will be deleted along with your account data unless you have previously exported or shared it.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information below.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We will respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
7. International Transfers
Artisser is based in the United States, and your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure that transfers of personal data to third countries are subject to appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us their data, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an email or displaying a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
